Gerzina A+C was Founded in 2018 by registered Architect and Licenced Builder Luka Gerzina.
Having spent 10 years working as an Architect within Sydney I came to realise the fragmented approach of the building industry usually resulted in compromised architectural design. It occurred that a Builder’s hand had immense control on the real outcome of the project- through the day to day managing and directing of trades and finances of a project.
So in order to achieve the quality of what I wanted to work on I followed my education & experience I worked with quality Builders for another 8 years, on many high quality projects.
From these two fields of experience I began my business as an Architect-Builder.
To produce a project of quality requires an eye for detail and a team of skilled tradespeople, and an understanding of the project budget and its capabilities from the first design stage.
