OUR PROCESS

initial on-site consultation

Foundational to any successful project is the initial on-site consultation. During this consultation our Architect/Builder will ask questions to better help us understand the practicalities and limitation of your space and how it is to be utilised.

Our Architect/Builder will also want to examine and photograph how the structure or plot interplays with its surroundings. At Gerzina A+C we pride ourselves on the subtlety of our designs. We believe a successful design should be sympathetic to its surroundings whilst making a statement.

Design inception + Construction costing (as required)

Having completed the on-site consultation and received your client brief (included budget parameters) we commence the designing process. The design inception phase timeframe will vary from project to project.

At the conclusion of the Design Inception process you will be provided a final plan and shown an interactive rendering of the design. Where appropriate construction costing will be provided.

In office design consultation. During this design consultation the final plans are provided to our client for approval. To assist our client’s visualise their design we also provide an interactive rendering.

lodgement of plans

Depending on the work to be undertaken your Local Council may require your plans to be lodged. The lodgement of plans with Local Council will incur fees independent of our services. We will notify you of any Local Council requirements during our initial consultation and again at our design consultation.
